PAYMENT
Please note that we require a 50% deposit payment to secure a booking.
The final payment should be made 2 days before booking in.
WALK IN CLIENTS
We require the full cost for the room when booking in.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 50% Deposit will secure your booking
- Full payment of booking amount must be made prior to checking in
- Booking dates can be moved according to availability. 1 week in advance on special arrangement
- Cancellation of your booking 1 month in advance = no cost
- Cancellation of your booking less than 1 month in advance = 50% refund
- Cancellation of your booking 1 week or less before check-in date = no refund
- PLEASE NOTE: If you book out before the planned date you will still be responsible for 100% of the booking for the remaining time of the booking.
