We don’t just give you a place to stay. We give you an environment so you can
experience the best rest with us. Walk into our guesthouse and enjoy a
refreshing, rejuvenating, day-off with us.

ROOM OPTIONS

Single Occupancy per person per night: Click on Contact us to complete the form for a detailed quotation (dependent on the size of the room)
Double Occupancy per person sharing per night: Click on Contact us to complete the form for a detailed quotation (dependent on the size of the room). Please specify if you need a double bed or 2 single beds.
Third-person extra per Double Room: R300
Children 3 -12 years: R250 extra when sharing with both parents
Children under 3: Free

PAYMENT

Please note that we require a 50% deposit payment to secure a booking.

The final payment should be made when booking in.

WALK IN CLIENTS

We require the full cost for the room when booking in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1 month up to 2 weeks before arrival: 30% of total booking
2 weeks to 7 days before arrival: 50% of total booking
7 days to 1 day before arrival: 75% of total booking
No show or cancellation on day of arrival: 100% of total booking On Golden Pond Guest House will consider the following to be compelling/extenuating circumstances, under which cancellation may be accepted, purely on compassionate basis, at no charge, if proof is furnished:

– threatening and unforeseen illness/ sickness of client(s) or their immediate family member(s);
– death of client(s) or their immediate family member(s).

PLEASE NOTE: If you book out before the planned date you will still be responsible for 100% of the booking for the remaining time of the booking.
